Registration information for the 2008-2009 school year

Registration for the 2008-09 school year has begun! We are now currently accepting registrations for all classes. All openings will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attached below are the Enrollment Agreement and Registration Form, both of which must be filled out in order to register your child(ren). Please bring your forms, along with your check to our preschool, located at 360 Robin Avenue, in Loveland; or send your forms and check to: Tender Years Cooperative Preschool, P.O. Once enrolled in our school, you will be asked to fill out several state-mandated forms for your child's records. You will receive these forms from TYCP in the mail. For a complete listing of forms, you may visit the Ohio Job & Family Services Child Care web site.
