Our Staff

Jessica Goins

My name is Jessica Goins and I am honored to have been selected to lead the Fabulous Fours at Tender Years.

I am a licensed intervention specialist with 10 years classroom experience. I formerly taught at Springer School and Center and spent the majority of my career there as the classroom teacher for students grades K-1. I have a passion for early literacy and social-emotional learning, as well as a commitment to seeing each child as an individual and meeting them exactly where they are.

I live in Loveland with my wife Allie, and our three Tender Years graduates Nora, Theo and Dottie. We have so much fun together going on unplanned adventures, playing board games, swimming, and frequenting many of the wonderful parks in our area. We adore our two spunky cats, Pearl and Harriet.

I have loved being a part of the Tender Years community as a parent and am thrilled to take on the role of teacher. I look forward to partnering with you!

Carey Hutchinson

Hello, my name is Carey Hutchinson, and I am the Terrific Threes teacher! I have loved being a part of Tender Years, both as a parent when my youngest daughter was a preschooler in 2012, and as an employee since 2017. I am so excited to have the opportunity to continue working at Tender Years!

I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and taught Kindergarten and 1st grade before becoming a stay-at-home parent. My husband, Trevor, and I live in Loveland with our four children.

We keep pretty busy between school and church activities! I love the way Tender Years allows parents to experience their children’s preschool years alongside them. As their first and primary educators, you are so important! I am excited to meet and work with you and your children this year!

April Seibert

Meet our newest Educational Aide!! Hi, my name is April Seibert, and I am an Educational Aide at Tender Years.

I graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education (English). While pursuing my degree, I worked at a child care center and as a writing tutor at NKU. After college, I provided in-home child care for a family before becoming a stay-at-home parent.

My husband, Lee, and I live in Milford with our two sons who are former Tender Years graduates. We love spending time with family, playing and watching sports, and going on adventures together. I loved being able to be a part of my boys' early childhood education at Tender Years, and I'm very excited to now join the Tender Years community as an Educational Aide
