How often am I required to work in the classroom?
Do you
provide daycare for my other children while I am working at TYCP?
A: The tuition for 3-year olds is $60 per month (or $540 per year). The tuition for 4-year olds is $90 per month (or $810 per year).
Q: Is there a registration fee?
A: There is a one-time only, non-refundable registration fee of $50. (However, if your child is on the waiting list and does not get in, we will return your $50).
A: There is a one-time only $20 supply fee.
Q: What are the class times for my child?
A: 3-year old classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday. The morning session is from 9:00am -11:30am and the afternoon session is from 12:30pm - 3:00pm.
4-year old classes meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Again, the morning session is from 9:00am -11:30am and the afternoon session is from 12:30pm - 3:00pm.
A: The maximum enrollment for each 3-year old class is 12 and for each 4-year old class is 14. In addition to the teacher, there are 2 parent helpers per class.

Q: How often am I required to work in the classroom?
A: Parents are required to work as a teacher assistant approximately twice a month in the classroom. In addition, each parent is given a specific job for the year, as well as being asked to serve on either the babysitting committee or the housekeeping committee.
Q: Do you provide daycare for my other children while I am working at TYCP?
A: No, we do not provide day care while you are working in the classroom. We do, however, offer a babysitting-exchange for those parents who need child care while working in the classroom.
